Growing up in France, David’s athletic background started from a young age; playing high level soccer for many years, training as a mixed martial artist and more recently professional boxing. However, it was here in Australia that David found his passion for yoga, a daily practice that offered him not only a physical challenge, but also integrated spirituality. Having had a meditation practice since the age of 7, David is now able to holistically combine his love of unique movement and mindfulness.
David shares his love of the arts by exploring and delving deeper into the union of his passions through Budokon Yoga (a fusion of Martial Arts and Yoga). Mixed movement builds a new level of skills, strength and body awareness that take athleticism to new heights and invokes the warrior spirit within.
David's classes are dynamic and creative but he also brings a lightness to his teaching which allows you to relax and have FUN. He is here to share, inspire and push boundaries, leaving you with a deeper message far beyond the security of your yoga mat.
As a student of yoga, Danielle is always learning, growing and expanding her boundaries. Through yoga, she believes in the constant evolution of self- discovery that sheds a light on making conscious choices for a brighter future. Danielle is a passionate Vinyasa yoga teacher and loves creating unique sequences that keep you in the present moment.
Danielle teaches dynamic movement, her classes are designed to increase strength of body and mind. She encourages the exploration of your body through a moving meditation, feeling your way through the pulsations of breath that allow for space and depth in each pose.
Her inspiration comes from her muse, love and fellow yogi David, followed by her beautiful daughter Mahalia. Danielle has completed two x 200 hour teacher trainings, one with the world-renowned Shiva Rae. Her teaching style has evolved from studies with Simon Park, Maty Ezraty, Noelle Connelly and Joan Hyman.
Ari has along history of yoga practice spanning over 20 years and 1,000 hours of accredited teacher training. He teaches public classes, private classes and workshops at various studios in England and Australia in Prana Vinyasa, Hot Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, Yin and Hatha. With a flair for creative sequencing and a passion for meticulous alignment he brings the best of both these into his dynamic flow based classes.

Jo was guided by a beautiful friend to her first yoga class in early 2000. In desperate need of some time, space and balance after being consumend by the intensity of being a first time mum, Jo immediately fell in love with the practice. With her background in gymnastics, she enjoyed the physicality of the practice, but really, it was the peace, stillness and a sense of being deeply nurtured that drew her.
In 2006, the magic of the practice drew Jo to her first teacher training. After holding the role as a physiotherapist for 10 years overseas, teaching was a natural progression for Jo.
She has been teaching whilst continuing to study and learn, since 2007. To Jo, the journey of learning is never ending. Although Jo has studied with many amazing teachers both in Australia and overseas, her main influences are Shiva Rea, Twee Merrigan and more recently, Ana Forrest. Jo is a registered Senior Teacher with Yoga Australia, an Experienced Yoga Teacher at the 500 hour level (ERYT 500) and a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP).
Jo's classes are dynamic and creative, and she enjoys encouraging students to let go of their mindsets and expectations to open up to the flow of movement and be guided by their breath. Her classes are a moving meditation as a gateway into the present moment. Apart from that, Jo's magic hands, coupled with her experience as a physiotherapist will get you deeper into the physical sense of your body and your practice.
